As an IT Manager here at Solstice, you'll hold a pivotal leadership position within our Information Technology function. This role focuses on managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals while contributing to the strategic direction of our technology landscape. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced IT professional who is passionate about fostering growth, development, and innovation within a dynamic team. Your leadership will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT systems and infrastructure.

You will report directly to our director IT and you'll work out of our Morris Plaines, Houston or Charlotte location on a Hybrid work schedule.

As a Manufacturing / Quality IT Manager, you will be accountable for the administration and maintenance of our manufacturing systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and optimal performance. You will play a critical role in assisting our manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes. You will report directly to our IT Director, and you'll work out of Morris Plains location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and performance optimization of manufacturing systems SAP Production Planning (PP)

Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) specifically working with the SAP Production Planning (PP) module

Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation with SAP Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

Experience integrating SAP PP with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP Quality Management (QM)

Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including ownership of Bills of Material (BOM) and Master Data Management (MDM) tools/systems for manufacturing data

Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including Engineering BOMs and Manufacturing BOMs and Experience with both Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order business models

Monitoring the performance of our systems, identifying and resolving technical issues

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements

Ensuring robust system security and compliance with established protocols

Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daytoday operations of the IT department, including infrastructure management, network administration, and user support

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that support business objectives

Monitor and evaluate IT performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes

Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending innovative solutions to enhance IT capabilities

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

7+ years of hands-on experience in in SAP Production Planning (PP), MRP, MES, QM, FICO related, PLM, BOM and MDM

Knowledge of manufacturing operations, preferably in complex industrial equipment (or similar) and assembly line operations

Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including Engineering BOMs and Manufacturing BOMs

Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Industry-recognized certifications in systems administration or network management

Previous experience in cloud-based systems administration

A strong insight into cybersecurity ethics and best practices

Familiarity with virtualization technologies

Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to guide system upgrade initiatives

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
