Serve as a central contact to ensure business needs are met through innovative technical solutions and enhancements. Plan and execute mission-critical projects through incremental and agile methods. Lead and motivate technical staff and matrixed teams in overseeing product roadmaps and supporting software implementation efforts. Act a liaison between technology functions within the department and the Division of Technology Services (DTS) to ensure consistent and coordinated support. Apply Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) principles to support data governance, configuration management, and information technology policy. Leverage strong customer service and analytical skills to address incidents and evaluate systemic issues to develop clear and impactful resolutions. Engage with vendors on product features and functions, evaluating their usefulness and making recommendations. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree, or higher, in a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) discipline, accompanied by four (4) years of relevant experience. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
