UX Researcher

Location - Urbandale, IA USA 50322. As a UX Researcher for the Intelligent Solutions Group you will support projects of moderate and high complexity through the execution of user research and experience metrics measurement. Specifically, you will: Collaborate with product teams to identify research questions, assumptions, and risks. Develop research plans to understand and measure ease of use, feature awareness, onboarding, adoption, and utilization. Execute research with customers, analyze data, and communicate insights and recommendations to product teams. Job Responsibilities: Four or more years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing UX research. Four or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders. Three or more years of experience of communicating research methodology, experience metrics, data analysis and research results to a broad range of stakeholders. Three or more years of experience with technology and product development processes. Four or more years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing UX research. Four or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders. Three or more years of experience of communicating research methodology, experience metrics, data analysis and research results to a broad range of stakeholders. Three or more years of experience with technology and product development processes. Skills: Must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a Test Engineer or PV&V Engineer role Should have a background with Off highway mobile equipment Should have experience with planning and organization, and negotiating conflicting constraints Experience with reliability growth planning Experience with lab test controls and data acquisition Knowledge of PV&V processes and tools - highly written reports and meeting presentations Education/Experience: Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in a Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, or related field discipline or equivalent experience.
