What you will do Windows endpoint management image, provision, troubleshoot, and maintain corporate laptops; enforce patching and policy compliance. Active Directory and endpoint security manage users/groups/GPOs; support DLP, antivirus, and EDR tools; triage endpoint incidents. Onprem Windows server support maintain mail server and core Windows services; perform backups and patching. Growth into Linux and automation learn Ubuntu administration, basic shell scripting, and container deployment; contribute automation scripts. Required Qualifications: Windows endpoint management Handson Windows systems support experience. Active Directory administration and GPO experience. Experience with endpoint security tools (EDR, antivirus, DLP). Strong written documentation and stakeholder communication. PowerShell scripting proficiency.
