Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Solution Architect & Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. The role combines hands-on SAP SD expertise with project management responsibility , ensuring that digital sales, pricing, bundle allocation, and revenue posting processes are architected, integrated, and delivered effectively across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Sales BOM, pricing, and integration across SAP and related systems and will provide strategic guidance, maintain architecture integrity, and ensure traceability across all SD processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP SD Solution Architecture
   • Define the overall SAP S/4HANA design for Digital Sales, Revenue Posting, Pricing, Bundle Allocation, and Sales BOM.
   • Manage complex Sales BOM scenarios, including class, classification, and characteristics for large data sets.
   • Align to-be landscape across SAP S/4HANA, Diamond, Prism, MFT/WebMethods, BW/4HANA, and Horizon.
   • Validate integration boundaries, interface flows, and data movement between systems.
   • Ensure end-to-end traceability of process designs using SmartPO references.
2. Project Management & Delivery
   • Plan, manage, and execute SAP SD projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality adherence.
   • Oversee Option 1 / Option 2 process designs and ensure alignment with business requirements.
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across functional and technical teams.
   • Ensure process controls for validations, exceptions, bundle processing, and customer billing.
   • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.
3. Stakeholder Management & Guidance
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP SD architecture and solution decisions.
   • Guide functional and technical teams to ensure solution adherence and architecture integrity.
   • Engage with business stakeholders to validate requirements and provide solution recommendations.
4. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
   • Recommend SAP best practices and leverage system capabilities to enhance efficiency.
   • Maintain documentation of architecture designs, process flows, and interface mappings.
   • Support the adoption of SAP S/4HANA innovations within the SD module.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP SD.
• Strong knowledge of Sales BOM, pricing, revenue posting, and bundle allocation .
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Diamond, Prism, MFT/WebMethods, BW/4HANA, Horizon .
• Proven project management experience with large-scale SAP implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to guide both functional and technical teams while maintaining architectural integrity.

Nice-to-Have:

• SAP SD certification or S/4HANA specialization.
• Experience with integration scenarios and data migration in complex landscapes.
• Prior experience in high-volume sales environments .
