Product Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team and help drive the product vision and roadmap for our Order Management System (OMS) and replenishment solutions. This role will be integral in aligning with the company's supply chain strategy and enhancing our inventory and order processes.

• 4-10 years of experience in product management or as a senior business analyst transitioning into a product role.
• Strong exposure to order management and replenishment systems.
• Proven experience in OMS implementations and retail or distribution-based replenishment operations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory allocation, and order lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.

• Experience in business analysis within the retail sector.
• Specialization in Agile methodologies.

• Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for OMS and replenishment solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams through product discovery, development, and delivery.
• Oversee the deployment and optimization of OMS solutions to enhance inventory allocation, order fulfillment, and replenishment workflows.
• Develop testing strategies and acceptance criteria to validate product functionality.
• Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement change management strategies for smooth adoption across business units.
