Hiring Product Manager in Mississauga, Canada

We are seeking an innovative professional to bridge the gap between complex logistics operations and advanced engineering. This role involves defining the vision and roadmap for our Transportation and Dynamic Routing platforms, with a strong focus on leveraging Generative AI to solve last-mile and fleet optimization problems.

• 7 years of experience as a Product Manager in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Technical SaaS products.
• Proven experience managing or building dynamic routing products, last-mile delivery solutions, or fleet optimization tools.
• Previous experience as a software developer or a computer science degree is highly preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience using Google BigQuery.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Generative AI capabilities into products.
• Ability to break down complex logistics problems into algorithmic logic and measurable success metrics.
• Exceptional ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business value to engineering teams.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Strong portfolio of AI-driven side projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies and serving as a Product Owner in agile ceremonies.
• Experience in stakeholder management, acting as the voice of the customer.

• Define and own the product vision for Transportation and Routing, prioritizing features that drive efficiency, cost savings, and driver satisfaction.
• Lead the definition of business rules for dynamic routing algorithms, optimizing for constraints like delivery windows, vehicle capacity, and traffic patterns.
• Identify high-value use cases for Generative AI in logistics and drive them from concept to launch.
• Utilize Google BigQuery to query vast datasets, validate hypotheses, analyze routing performance, and measure the success of product launches against KPIs.
• Translate complex operational needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical user stories for Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Partner deeply with engineers, understanding technical trade-offs, API capabilities, and architectural constraints.
