VP - Technical Product Manager

About Vest Vest Financial is a rapidly growing investment management firm specializing in Target Outcome Strategies including Target Buffer, Target Income, Target Growth and Target Financing . Vest has grown from managing under $500 million in 2019 to over $ 50 billion today, in partnership with leading asset managers. We are hiring a product builder, for both internal and external users. This role is for people who move from idea to working product quickly, using AI tools and direct user insight, with fewer handoffs and full ownership. What you will do You will take ownership from problem definition through production. You will work closely with users, prototype early, and validate before engineering scales the solution. Build and test prototypes using AI tools before formal development Turn user insight into working product flows and features Work across product, design, and engineering without waiting for handoffs Push changes through to production when appropriate What we are looking for 5-20 years of experience, in product management or similar roles Strong technical foundation with an engineering or STEM degree Experience building products using AI tools to accelerate product development Clear thinking and strong judgment when working with incomplete data Domain requirement Financial services experience preferred Data analytics background, proficient in SQL and Python How this role is different Ability to work end-to-end without relying on large teams Ownership from idea through validation and release This role is suited for people who want to build, test, and ship, not just plan.
