Our client is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team. As a Network Engineer, you will be part of the Network Implementation team supporting critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Network Engineer

Location:Whippany, New Jersey

What's the Job?

Participate in network build, deployment, and upgrade activities, ensuring seamless implementation of infrastructure components.

Configure and deploy F5 Load Balancers and Cisco ASA firewalls to optimize network performance and security.

Perform troubleshooting during deployment and post-implementation to resolve issues efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed network designs and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Support the integration of core network components, including load balancing, firewalls, and routing protocols.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in network implementation, focusing on build and deployment projects rather than operations/support roles.

Hands-on skills with F5 BIG-IP load balancers, Cisco ASA firewalls, and network deployment/upgrades.

Strong knowledge of routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.

Experience working with Cisco products like Nexus platforms, Firepower/ASA, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or AWS.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical solutions effectively.
