  • This is an in-office role at the corporate headquarters in St. Cloud, MN.(Ability to work remote on Tuesday and Thursday after 90 days of employment.)

In this role, you'll

Business Partnership & Relationship Management

Serve as a trusted partner to business and IT leaders-acting as theprimary bridge between stakeholders and technical delivery teams.Consult with business process owners to identify opportunities for processimprovement aligned with organizational strategy.Build strong, collaborative relationships with project teams to proactivelyidentify risks, dependencies, and resolution paths.Provide clarity and alignment by translating business needs into sharedunderstanding across diverse teams.

Analysis, Facilitation & Problem Solving

Lead analysis efforts for moderate to complex business initiatives involvingprocess changes and information systems.Plan, conduct, and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops,and process-mapping exercises (current state and future state).Drive productive meetings by setting clear agendas, asking insightfulquestions, and guiding discussions toward outcomes.Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining continuousawareness of project requirements and priorities.Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs in afast-paced environment.

Requirements & Documentation

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, userstories, and acceptance criteria using best-practice disciplines.Partner with business and/or product owners to help define product scope,objectives, and requirement prioritization.Translate business requirements into functional and non-functionalrequirements that support effective technical delivery.Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including policies,procedures, workflows, process maps, and user guides.Coordinate the organization, retention, and accuracy of documentationrepositories.

Delivery Support & Quality

Collaborate closely with development and testing teams to ensurerequirements are understood, traceable, and satisfied.Assist with process and application testing as needed-documenting issues,outcomes, and resolutions.Clearly articulate design, development, and testing processes to businesspartners using non-technical language and to IT partners in technical terms.Consistently model and support ATS Mission, Vision, Values, and All-EmployeeCompetencies.

Must-haves for Success

Business Analysis Expertise

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, orSenior AnalystProven ownership and accountability for requirements outcomesStrong experience planning and estimating business analysis activitiesDemonstrated success eliciting, organizing, and documenting requirements asfeatures, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Process & Facilitation Skills

Experience in business process development and improvementProven process-mapping expertise using tools such as Visio, Miro, or similarExceptional meeting facilitation skills-both virtual and in-personAbility to distinguish and organize business, functional, and non-functionalrequirements

Communication & Relationship Building

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively one-on-one and in group settings with end usersand technical teamsStrong situational awareness with analytical and problem-solving strengthsProfessional, collaborative, and relationship-based approach

Organization & Technology

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirements and documentationtoolsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-initiative environment

Education & Experience

Four-year degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalentexperience)Transportation industry experience preferred, not required

Travel

Willing and able to travel infrequently, including overnight travelAvailability to support work needs outside of normal business hours asrequired

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000. Basesalary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, andgeographic location, compared to others performing substantially similar work.In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-basedincentives based on individual and/or company performance.
