Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Ingenieur processus et Performance pour rejoindre notre equipe au sein du departement Excellence operationnelle, Manufacturing Engineering basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez a l'optimisation de la performance industrielle de lA220.
Vous ferez partie de lequipe Ingenieur processus et Performance chargee de l'amelioration continue et de l'efficacite operationnelle. L'equipe est leader de la Roadmap d'amelioration et assure le suivi de performance industrielle transverse (Aleas, Efficacite, CVAT, Rate readiness etc.). L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant qu' Ingenieur Processus et Performance sera de piloter l'analyse de performance, l'equilibrage de ligne (SLB) et les roadmaps d'amelioration pour optimiser la production de la serie.

Vos defis:
Evaluer et optimiser la performance industrielle transverse a l'aide d'indicateurs cles (ex: efficacite, rythme de production, temps de cycle, etc.).
Concevoir et maintenir les equilibrages de ligne standard (SLB) pour toutes les configurations de production.
Generer et publier les equilibrages finaux pour chaque avion en production.
Realiser des analyses de cause racine (ex: Pareto) pour les aleas et les goulots d'etranglement.
Proposer des plans d'actions concrets et mesurables pour ameliorer l'efficacite des processus.
Documenter et gerer les contraintes operationnelles au niveau du PERT par poste afin d'optimiser la planification.
Piloter la feuille de route d'amelioration et les initiatives REX (Retour d'Experience) avec l'equipe MFT Methodes.
Assurer le lien avec les postes amonts et avals et etre le point de contact avec l'EAP ( Equipe Autonome de Production) .
Votre profil:
Vous detenez un Diplome en Genie Industriel ou dans une discipline connexe (ou experience equivalente).
Experience professionnelle solide dans un environnement industriel, de preference manufacturier ou aeronautique. Nombre dannee dexperience minimum requis 3-5 ans
Vous maitrisez des concepts de performance industrielle, d'analyse de temps et d'equilibrage de lignes (SLB).
Vous demontrez une Expertise dans la modelisation de flux de production (PERT) et les methodes d'analyse de cause racine (Pareto).
Vous demontrez de la Rigueur, un esprit de synthese et de la proactivite.
Vous avez une capacite a travailler en autonomie et a interagir efficacement avec des equipes pluridisciplinaires (Production, Qualite, Finance, Methode, Ingenierie).
Vous etes agile en francais et en anglais (oral et ecrit) est essentiel.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Process and Performance Engineer to join our team within the Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering department based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work on optimizing the industrial performance of the A220 .
You will be part of the Process and Performance Engineer team responsible for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. The team leads the Improvement Roadmap and monitors transverse industrial performance (Hazards, Efficiency, CVAT, Rate readiness, etc.) . The team organization is set up to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as a Process and Performance Engineer will be to lead the performance analysis, line balancing (SLB), and improvement roadmaps to optimize series production .

Your challenges:
Evaluate and optimize transverse industrial performance using key indicators (e.g., efficiency, production rate, cycle time, etc.).
Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing (SLB) for all production configurations.
Generate and publish the final balancing for each aircraft in production.
Perform root cause analyses (e.g., Pareto) for hazards and bottlenecks.
Propose concrete and measurable action plans to improve process efficiency.
Document and manage operational constraints in the PERT per workstation to optimize planning.
Lead the improvement roadmap and REX (Return of Experience) initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering MFT team.
Ensure the link with upstream and downstream workstations and be the point of contact with the EAP (Autonomous Production Team).
Your profile:
You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Solid professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably manufacturing or aerospace. Minimum required years of experience: 3-5 years.
You master concepts of industrial performance, time analysis, and line balancing (SLB).
You demonstrate expertise in production flow modeling (PERT) and root cause analysis methods (Pareto).
You demonstrate Rigor, an ability to synthesize, and proactivity.
You have an ability to work autonomously and interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Production, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering).
Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is essential.
