Your area of work:
As part of Clearstream Banking's Collateral, Lending and Liquidity Solutions (CLLS), the Product Manager - New technologies (Digital, AI) is responsible for the development and evolution of collateral solutions, including crypto collateral, blockchain connectivity and AI Optimization.
The role is rather senior, requiring autonomy, strong product ownership and the ability to structure complex topics at the intersection of collateral management, digital assets, data and technology, within a regulated financial market infrastructure.
Your responsibilities:
Define, develop and position digital collateral solutions in line with Clearstream strategy
Translate client and market needs into product requirements and roadmaps
Design and evolve datadriven, algorithmic or AIsupported solutions (e.g. collateral optimization, eligibility or allocation logic)
Ensure strong understanding of risk, regulatory and control requirements applicable to digital assets and algorithmic components
Lead product initiatives in close collaboration with IT, Product Delivery, Data and Operations
Support Sales and Relationship Management in client discussions and onboarding
Interface with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting)
Contribute to pricing, business cases and gotomarket activities
Participate in industry working groups and client forums related to digital assets and collateral innovation
Your profile:
5-15 years' experience in product management, digital/AI space, collateral management, securities services, repo/lending
Solid understanding of collateral management and triparty services
Experience in digital assets, tokenization or DLTbased solutions
Business design leveraging algorithms, data and AI concepts (businesslevel, not developer)
Strong analytical, structuring and stakeholdermanagement skills
Fluent English; German and/or French is an advantage
