The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a catalyst for digital innovation,shaping and advancing ATS's technology vision to drive transformation andgrowth. This role will steward enterprise-wide technology strategy, architectingand governing modern, secure, and scalable systems that enable agility andperformance. As a strategic leader of the Information Systems function, the CIOaccelerates the adoption of emerging technologies, delivers high-impact,cost-effective solutions, and ensures technology investments not only supporttoday's business priorities but also anticipate and power the organization'sfuture evolution.

Strategic Leadership

Set and govern the enterprise technology strategy, directing systemsdevelopment and digital initiatives that align with organizational prioritiesand drive innovation.Partner with executive leadership to define technology roadmaps, projectscope, capacity, and risk, delivering data-driven analyses that guide investmentdecisions and optimize outcomes.Lead technology integration for acquisitions and continuously evaluateemerging trends, cybersecurity advancements, and best practices to keep theorganization agile, secure, and competitive.

IT Operations Management

Lead and optimize enterprise IT operations-including infrastructure,applications, and cybersecurity-to deliver dependable, secure, andhigh-performing technology services.Align IT staffing, structure, investments, and operating decisions withlong-term business strategy while continuously improving workflows, efficiency,and data utilization.Establish and enforce strong IT governance, policies, and securitystandards, partnering with senior leadership to advance enterprise goals throughstrategic technology guidance.

Financial and P&L Management

Own the IT operating budget and long-term technology financial strategy,driving disciplined budgeting, cost optimization, and alignment with enterprisepriorities.Hold full P&L accountability for the division, leveraging financial andoperational metrics to identify risks, uncover efficiencies, and improveperformance and return on technology investments.

Leadership & Talent Development

Build, attract, and retain high-performing IT talent by partnering withTalent Acquisition and HR to recruit, develop, and advance future-ready teamsand leaders.Coach, mentor, and inspire leaders and teams to deliver exceptional resultswhile fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth.Drive a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven performancemanagement, KPI tracking, and ongoing evaluation of training and developmenteffectiveness.

Champion ATS' culture and values by consistently aligning leadershipbehaviors, decisions, and performance with the All-Employee Competencies.Execute executive responsibilities by growing the business, elevating benchstrength, improving operational effectiveness, and modeling enterpriseleadership.Uphold managerial accountability by operating in full compliance withcompany policies, governance standards, and applicable laws.Demonstrate agility and commitment by supporting business priorities beyondstandard work hours and traveling as required.Take on additional responsibilities as needed to advance organizationalgoals and ensure leadership continuity and effectiveness.

Education & Experience for Success

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technicalfield, with deep, comprehensive knowledge of modern information systems andtechnology.10-15+ years of progressive IT experience, including a minimum of 5 yearsin senior leadership roles overseeing enterprise IT operations, infrastructure,systems development, and cybersecurity.Proven success leading complex, multi-entity and/or international ITenvironments, managing scale, integration, and operational diversity.Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy and roadmaps with businessobjectives, supporting both current operations and long-term growth.Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing budgetsand P&L, analyzing data, and applying insights to drive strategic decisions.Proven ability of building, leading, and motivating high-performing teamswhile effectively managing vendors and cross-functional initiatives in dynamicenvironments.Exceptional communication and people skills with the ability to build trust,influence at all levels, and work effectively across diverse cultures.High proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise technologies, with theagility to quickly learn and adopt new applications, systems, and tools;willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation will be market-competitive and aligned with the scope andimpact of the role.
