You will be the go-to expert for ZOS operating systems and third-party software, handling escalations, tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on solving complex issues and driving improvements.

What You will Do:

Manage support tickets and escalations through ServiceNow, prioritizing and resolving incidentsLead storage administration: allocation, backup, recovery, tape services, SMS, HSM, and third-party tools (e.g., FDR)Oversee upgrades of third-party software, performance tuning, and investigations for mainframe environments (z/OS)Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application programmers, and cross-functional partners

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with SMS, HSM, DS8000, TS7700Mainframe storage administration expertiseProven z/OS systems programming and storage administration backgroundAbility to participate in on-call rotation
