Senior Business System Specialist will maintain and support core line of business applications.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and support core line of business applications.

Configuration and set-up according to Business Requirements

Vendor management and communication

Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the Systems.

Assist in client on-boarding and new systems Implementation projects

Core systems major upgrades

Documenting changes and design of the application

Change management

Provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders

Perform other tasks as necessary to support team development

Any other duties in the scope of the role

that the company requires.

Skills / experience

3 - 5 years experience in a support role

Excellent team player

Improvement initiatives

Proactivity

Performance and process driven mindset

Root cause analysis

Microsoft technologies and architecture

• SQL
• IIS
• Server platforms

Good written and verbal communications skills (English)

Highly motivated with ability to multitask

FrontInvest / Capital Tracker system knowledge is a plus;

Ability to train new team members
