In this role, you arent just managing servers and networks; you are maintaining the digital lifeline for thousands of families, children, and social workers. When our systems run smoothly, a caseworker can focus on a child in need rather than a spinning loading icon.

  • Modern: Shifting from legacy tech to agile, cloud-integrated solutions.
What Youll Do
  • Architect & Maintain: Oversee the health of our local and cloud-based server environments.
  • Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with social service teams to translate their mission-critical needs into robust technical requirements.
  • Innovate: Identify opportunities to automate workflows, reducing the administrative burden on frontline staff.
  • Secure: Implement top-tier security protocols to safeguard sensitive case files.
Who You Are

Youre someone who balances technical grit with human empathy.
