The Job: This role is designed for a Product Manager who builds physical, tangible products and understands what it takes to scale them. The Product Manager will translate market insight into a disciplined 5year roadmap that delivers measurable revenue and margin. They will lead new product introductions from concept through commercialization, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure products are designed, launched, and scaled successfully. The role blends strategic portfolio leadership with handson execution, requiring strong business judgment and operational rigor to turn ideas into products customers rely on every day. The Candidate: The ideal candidate brings deep experience turning physical products into commercial success. With 710+ years working on tangible goods in manufacturingdriven environments, they have taken multiple products from concept through scaled production and understand how to balance customer needs with tooling, lead times, cost, quality, and regulatory realities. They are fluent in building business casesincluding market sizing, pricing, margin, and investment tradeoffsand are comfortable leading NPI and StageGate processes with crossfunctional teams. They operate confidently within PLM and ERP systems, communicate effectively at all levels, and lead through influence to keep complex programs moving from idea to shipped product. Minimum Position Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree is preferred; however equivalent experience in physical product management and manufacturing environments will be considered .
• Experience managing a live product portfolio across multiple lifecycle stages. Preferred
• Direct experience working in or adjacent to HDD, Water Well, Mining, or similar industrial markets. Preferred
• Prior ownership of portfoliolevel revenue and margin accountability. Preferred
• Valid drivers license required; Occasional travel required.
