Provide first-level technical support for hospital staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Support Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other clinical applications under supervision
Help manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets in accordance with security and HIPAA requirements
Assist with routine IT maintenance, updates, and inventory tracking
Respond to help desk requests in a timely and professional manner
Support cybersecurity best practices, including device security and data protection
Assist with documentation of IT procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guides
Collaborate with IT staff on special projects and technology upgrades as assigned

- Maintain regulatory requirements, including all state, federal and local regulations.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school graduate.
- CNA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Medical terminology class (preferred but not required).
