Overview

We are seeking a proactive Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will help manage and enhance a hybrid infrastructure environment that includes on-premises systems, cloud platforms, networking, and automation. While expertise in every area is not required, a solid technical foundation and a strong desire to learn and adapt are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer on-premises Kubernetes (k8s) clusters and virtualization platforms using GitOps-driven deployment workflows.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize cloud resources within Microsoft Azure.
• Support enterprise networking by configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network hardware and systems.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines while incorporating GitOps tools for automation.
• Oversee system administration for both Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows servers.
• Automate infrastructure management with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure performance and reliability.
• Perform basic database administration, with preference for PostgreSQL.
• Securely manage secrets, credentials, and sensitive configurations.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with enterprise networking technologies, including firewalls and routing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps methodologies.
• Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows server administration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
• Understanding of monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Background in basic database administration, PostgreSQL experience preferred.
• Awareness of modern infrastructure security best practices.
• Flexible, resourceful, and eager to expand technical expertise.
