This position will be responsibl e for Data Anal ytics of all Supply Chain initiatives that involve network equipment reliability , production operation statistical process control (SPC) , risk management, including but not limited to Operations, Supply Planning, Transportation, Logistics, Quality and Procurement . This role is a key to initiate change management transformation and its related processes within supply chain manufacturing that greatly impact business outcomes .
Th e Supply Chain program data analyst is accountable for driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives focusing on driv ing growth, productivity, safety, quality initiatives coordinating cross-functional teams, driving schedule s , project pipeline prioritization, change management, risks identification and mitigation planning , and improving the organization’s overall project /program management systems and processes.
Successful candidates for this position are highly strategic, clearly understand operations for Food and/or Beverage, strategic and logical thinkers, data driven , curious learners, and experienced professionals . The data analyst must be a communicator , an influencer, trusted adviser, and strategic partner to successfully implement necessary projects and initiatives .
Responsibilities- The individual will b uild or assist the operational leaders with project charters that clearly define problem statements, goals, measures, scope, and schedules . Understand trade-offs between opportunities and risks . Provide recommendations based on appropriate data analysis.
- Provide statistical process control training and guidance to the supply chain operation , engineering and quality team . Collaborate to develop communication plans, training materials, and engagement strategies to drive successful change initiatives.
- Communicate progress and manage expectations of key stakeholders at all levels as appropriate . Know when to escalate roadblocks. Develop and disseminate status reports in a timely manner .
- Deliver supply chain commitments and milestones for supply chain projects . Influence discussions surrounding product manufacturability, equipment reliability, and business and operation risks .
- Support change management process execution from idea to implementation by setting vision, engaging cross-functional and intra-organizational teams to change the culture .
- Continuously improve the project management toolkits used within Marzetti; enable best practice sharing by ensuring all projects are properly closed out and key learning s are documented .
- NPD trial and startup coordination including necessary clear success criteria definition and risk management remediatio n plan .
- Working closely with OpEx team on gathering baseline data for line performance and monitor post launch/startup data to ensure vertical startup meets pre-defined success criteria.
- If new technology /equipment is part of the project scope, working closely with IT, QA and Maintenance team to ensure success criteria are measured and monitored . All risk mitigation plan s and actions are i dentified and completed .
Qualifications
- 10 + years of relevant experience in manufacturing and supply chain environment ; 3 + years in Project Management or supporting projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields ( Quality Engineering , Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience)
- Certified statis tician and experience with risk management and statistical process control is preferred .

Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility . The noise level in the office is quiet. Occasional travel to plants or meetings is required ( 10-15 %) .
