Job Description:

Client is looking to hire a dynamic Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the development
of organizational IT infrastructure across database systems, configure and manage network
devices and more. The Senior-level Infrastructure Engineer is expected to have 5+ years of
experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead development of organizational IT infrastructure across database systems,
technology solutions, networks, and servers
Configure and manage network devices, performance, and servers
Act as subject matter expert for infrastructure needs
Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms
Implement and optimize large data technologies and frameworks
Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to resolve bottleneck issues
Keen understanding of lululemon's culture.
Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.
Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations.
Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a
common goal or vision.
Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness an initiative-taker.
Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement.
Additional Skills:
Skilled in design, analysis, evaluation, configuration, implementation of network
solutions; including route/switch, wireless, network security and cloud networks
Able to instrument logging and monitoring tools to aid in identify problems in routing,
equipment failures, security issues quickly. Troubleshoots and resolves problems.
Contributes to root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Demonstrates knowledge and expertise in network security protocols. Designs
network solutions to effectively secure the networks, while ensuring the network is
resilient and scales reliably to meet business needs.
Maintains documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance
metrics.
Demonstrates designs and advocates for network improvements
Collaborates with application team members and advises on designs that will improve
performance, provide insights to network issues
Familiarity with Cisco IOS, Meraki, Palo Alto, zScaler, InfoBlox, Aviatrix, desirable
