What Youll Do
- Bridge strategy and execution: Connect business strategies to technology delivery by leveraging T-Mobiles products, processes, and capabilities.
- Champion innovation: Be a thought leader, scaling bold ideas into real-world solutions that change how we work and deliver.
- Optimize for flow: Break down silos to streamline products and services across value streams, driving measurable efficiency.
- Shape the future state: Develop models, roadmaps, and business architecture artifacts that guide decision-making at all levels.
- Bring clarity to complexity: Communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms for both business and IT partners.
- Lead with impact: Organize cross-functional initiatives, guide enterprise assessments, and mentor teams on best practices.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 47 years of relevant experience in business architecture or related disciplines
- Proven skills in:
- Strategic thinking and business strategy
- Cross-functional team leadership
- Modeling and process design
- Six Sigma Champion Leadership certification (preferred)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
