We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Generative AI and Agentic AI to design, build, and implement intelligent solutions across business functions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of modern AI frameworks and demonstrate leadership in applying AI to real-world enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, from concept through deployment, including data preparation, model training/fine-tuning, and integration with existing systems.
• Design scalable AI pipelines capable of interacting with LLMs, external tools, APIs, and databases, ensuring performance and reliability at production scale.
• Evaluate and benchmark various Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA) based on specific use case requirements such as latency, accuracy, cost, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align GenAI solutions with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI developers and researchers, promoting best practices in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and secure deployment.
• Work hands-on when necessary to build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and minimum viable products (MVPs) demonstrating innovative use of GenAI.
