About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with more than 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good expertise in Supply Chain modules like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning etc. with more than 2 years of implementation experience in o9 platform. This role involves owning the solution, leading the design process and implementing solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift. In this role, you will:

• Need to take ownership of the system/product from solution perspective.
• Understands and translates business requirements to define solution specifications clearly.
• Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
• Communicate system requirements to software development teams
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
• Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
• Ensure the delivery of agreed architecture and infrastructure
• Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Must have more than 10 years of experience in software development with good hands-on experience 2. Must have more than 2 years of experience in o9 implementation. 3. Must have Good experience in SSIS, Talend, Informatica, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory etc. 4. Must have experience (more than 8 years) of Supply Chain Planning concepts including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Distribution Planning, procurement planning, S&OP etc. 5. Proven knowledge in SQL. 6. Proven knowledge in ETL process 7 Good knowledge in data modelling. 8. Good knowledge in data integration. 9. Good to have experience in using cloud and APIs 10. Good to have knowledge in data bricks, Airflow, Hive, Hadoop etc. O9 certifications on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Architecture Overview Applications will be accepted until 09/05/ 2025. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $129,000 - $152,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
