As a Linux Administrator, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat/Rocky (preferred), or CentOS, Debian, etc.

• Hands-on experience with use and administration of PostgreSQL (preferred) or related database

• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud infrastructure management, including familiarity with the AWS CLI and/or API

• Experience managing and supporting application deployments on Kubernetes

• Expert in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting

• Experience in identifying bottlenecks due to insufficient system or network resources

• Ability to identify race conditions, inefficient algorithms, and similar issues in preexisting code of various languages

• Experience with Linux-based web servers such as nginx (preferred), Apache HTTP Server, etc.

• Knowledge of security best practices including firewalls, server/application patching, encryption/cipher suites, and HTTP security headers

• Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TLS, SMTP

• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Argo CD, Terraform, and Ansible for infrastructure automation

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Support 24/7/365 mission-critical environments

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate technical subjects to a broad range of stakeholders

Educational Qualifications: Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and LPIC) will be considered an advantage
