CenterWell Pharmacy invites accomplished professionals to join our dynamic Pharmacy Business Development team as a Senior Product Manager, Pharmacy Product Management.

The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within CenterWell Pharmacy. This individual contributor position focuses on the design, build, and launch phases of the product development lifecycletranslating strategic opportunities into scalable, market-ready pharmacy solutions. The role requires working independently to define work priorities, make data-driven decisions, and proactively guide cross-functional teams through the product development process.

This individual will autonomously lead the definition of product requirements, guide development efforts alongside Engineering, UX, and Operations, and ensure a successful launch and hand-off to implementation teams. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to navigate complexity with sound judgment and initiative. They will regularly engage with senior stakeholders, influence strategic priorities, and champion innovation through detailed execution and insight-driven recommendations.

+ Lead the design, build, and launch of new pharmacy products and enhancements from concept to market readiness

+ Define and own business requirements, success metrics, and stage-gate decisions throughout the development lifecycle

+ Independently manage complex workstreams and drive execution with minimal oversight

+ Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including clinical, legal, IT, operations, and market-facing stakeholders

+ Ensure delivery of solutions aligns with business strategy and customer needs, informed by Sales organization

+ Develop launch plans and collaborate with Implementation and go-to-market teams to transition to scale/manage stage.

+ Communicate progress, risks, and strategic decisions across all levels, including executive leadership

+ Provide thought leadership and recommendations on product investments, market entry, and prioritization

+ Support vendor selection, contract planning, and delivery of third-party solutions as needed

+ Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating product performance and proposing enhancements

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree required; advanced degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.

+ 5+ years of experience in product management within the pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare sectors.

+ Demonstrated success in managing products from concept to delivery, including strategy translation and consumer-facing product development.

+ Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

+ Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Work at Home Requirements:**

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$104,000 - $143,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
