Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 7 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ (WMQ)
• Proficient with installation and configuration of messaging components such as IBM MQ or ActiveMQ
• Proficient with Linux and Windows server OS
• Ansible/AWX scripting

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Experience with hosting applications within AWS or Azure
• Agile Methodology
• Ansible/AWX automation experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Provide 24/7 support and request management for Middleware technologies such as IBM MQ, IBM App Connect, and other messaging services
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation of messaging systems
