Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016 and Microsoft office 365 architectural design, server installation, management, and troubleshooting
- Provide architectural guidance and directions with respect to SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive for Business, Office 365 platform
- Define strategy, architecture, methodology and standards for delivering SharePoint and Teams based solutions
- Experience in providing and implementing solutions on Office 365 and Hybrid SharePoint platform
- Experience of working with the SharePoint App model provider hosted and/or SharePoint hosted
- Experience in migration from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint online using tools like ShareGate, MetaLogix, Quest etc.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance , retention policies, and content management
- Design and establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform adoption and governance.
- Strong Documentation skills- Design and Configuration, Standard Operating Procedures
- Work closely with partners and Microsoft ecosystem to understand Service and Feature roadmaps and provide innovative solutions to address business problems
- Experience analyzing complex business processes and articulating improvements to achieve operational efficiencies
- Provide architectural guidance on and around governance and security of the SharePoint online environments with some sort of exposure to technologies like Azure Information Protection, E-Discovery and Advanced Data Governance
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, crafting, and prototyping, testing.

- Experience with rolling out Defender for Office 365, Azure Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (O365), E-Discovery and Advanced Data Governance
- Good understanding of M365 solution stack

- Knowledge of ITIL processes- Incident Management/Change Management/Release Management
- Workflow automation using native SharePoint tools and Power Platform (Power automate or any other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools)
- Experience with Power BI and integration of reporting with SPO
- Integration and automated provisioning with Service Now
