Our client is the UX team of a global tech leader seeking a UX Analyst with UX design/project management experience. This is a 12-month, 40 hours/week assignment with likely extension that will be onsite 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs, nonnegotiable) in the Seattle area office.The UX Analyst will:- Communicate device UX design requirements with carriers, gather feedback, work closely with designers at the global HQ office to make changes that will enhance device experience- Review and analyze UX designs in early phases of development and deliver relevant feedback- Communicate and cooperate with counterparts of internal teams such as product design, research, engineering, and marketing as well as external partners, such as telecommunication operators and external consultants- Ensure that the UI development results meet market (consumer) demand, technical specifications, and carrier requirements- Analyze UX designs and user interfaces of competing mobile devices as well as market trends in mobile UX- Conduct design research and propose new concepts with mockups (as needed)- Conduct group usability studies and document results and analysis of the studies (as needed)The UX Analyst must have:- Either 3 years of experience in UX design, OR 1 year of experience in UX design plus a Master's degree preferably in HCI or similar field- Proficiency in Adobe CS, Sketch or other prototyping tools as well as MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT)- Knowledge of basic app architecture concepts, software design process , UX/UI design deliverables and usability testing- Experience in researching and designing for mobile apps- Strong project and time management skills- Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholdersBonus:- Experience in reviewing UX design requirements and communicating with both external clients/partners and internal teams- Experience working for a global matrixed organization- Bonus if Bilingual in English and Korean (not required)In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
