Software Development Engineer II

Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Software Development Engineer II in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.

Summary:The WW Returns & ReCommerce team is looking for a Software Development Engineer to support the development of software and systems to enhance the customer returns experience and improve the recovery options. Your solutions will impact our customers directly!

Responsibilities include:

• Participation in the design, development, implementation , testing, and documentation of large-scale distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services
• Working alongside development on Corporate and Divisional Software projects
• Updating/enhancing our current software
• Automation of support processes of current systems* A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience is required
• 5 years of experience working in a large scale operation with scalable systems
• 5 years of JAVA, Database SQL experience
• 5 years of Full Stack (front end to end) experience
• Detail-oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure
• Preferred coding skills: C/C++ and/or Java. Other desired technical skills include SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX
