Computer Support Associate/Infrastructure Engineer

Summary: Seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to provide operational support and lead projects for computer environments, focusing on hardware/software troubleshooting and customer satisfaction.

• Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in break fix for hardware/software
  • Ability to lead scrum practices and communicate with factory leaders

• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Jira for project organization
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for resolving trouble tickets

• Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for computing environments
  • Organize projects and run scrum activities in Jira
  • Manage onsite desktop hardware, software troubleshooting, and printer management
  • Support conference rooms, asset lifecycle management, and computer deployments
  • Document information updates and maintain basic records/documents

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.90 per hour
