• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• 10 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center Integration and Configuration.
• Proficiency in PolicyCenter V8-V9, SVN source code repository, and Jenkins build automation.
• Strong performance tuning experience, especially focused on integrations.
• Experience with XML technologies including XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSL, XSL:FO, and XSLT.
• Strong Integration with Gosu experience.
• Experience as a technology leader on large and complex transformation programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex integration issues and finetune performance for the Policy Center tech stack.

• Experience with leading a Guidewire implementation of Policy Center, preferably having Policy Center / WMB / ETL integration experience.
• Experience with leading a complex Policy Center upgrade.
• Experience with DevOps / Automation approaches to support the Policy Center initiative.
• Experience with API design.
• Knowledge of an iterative development process.

• Provide technical oversight and solution overview for the Policy Center Tech stack.
• Establish, refine, and govern across the portfolio.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
