• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 10 years of experience in relevant skills
• Proficiency with PolicyCenter V8-V9
• Strong performance tuning experience, especially focused on integrations
• Experience with XML technologies (XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSL, XSL:FO, and XSLT)
• Strong integration experience with Gosu
• Experience as a technology leader on large and complex transformation programs
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex integration issues
• Experience with DevOps / Automation approaches

• Experience with leading a Guidewire implementation of Policy Center
• Experience in Configuration & rules
• Experience with API design

• Provide technical oversight and solution overview for the Policy Center Tech stack
• Establish, refine, and govern across the portfolio
• Monitor and fine-tune performance for the Policy Center tech stack
