About the Role Job Title: Servicenow Developer Location: Columbus,OH Key Responsibilities Design and develop user-friendly interfaces and experiences within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective UI/UX solutions. Implement best practices in UI/UX design, including responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to optimize user experience and streamline workflows. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the design and functionality of ServiceNow applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and ServiceNow development, applying them to enhance our platform capabilities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on UI/UX design. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including UI design and development. Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Desired Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow certifications. Knowledge of IT service management processes. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Location Columbus, 43240 Position Information Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $95,000 - $110, 000annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
