. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that drive innovation and business value. This is a hands-on architecture role that blends cutting-edge technical development with strategic leadership in AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect AI Solutions

: Design scalable, modular architectures for LLM-based agents and Gen AI applications.

Hands-On Development

: Develop and fine-tune generative AI models using tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and RAG-based systems.

Cloud Deployment & MLOps

: Implement best practices for model deployment on Azure/Google Cloud Platform, including CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.

Strategic Alignment

: Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals for measurable outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Work closely with data science, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful AI integration into enterprise systems.

Responsible AI Practices

: Enforce ethical AI usage, data privacy, and model fairness across implementations.

Model Evaluation

: Monitor model performance, optimize pipelines, and iterate based on real-world feedback.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience designing & deploying AI agents and multi-agent systems.

Strong background in

LLMs

(e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks:

PyTorch

Hugging Face

Proficiency in

RAG

Skilled in
