Job Summary:

The IT Corporate Finance Reporting team is seeking an OFSAA Developer/Subject Matter Expert to support and enhance the Profit Plus application. This critical system calculates account-level profitability and aggregates financial data for downstream risk and financial reporting systems. The role involves development, configuration, and collaboration with Finance teams, leveraging OFSAA modules, DB2, DataStage ETL, and related technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Configure, develop, patch, upgrade, and customize OFSAA modules including OFSAAI, OFSFTP, and OFSPM

Develop data mappings from staging to reporting layers, including T2T development and EDW to OFSAA integration

Perform Data Warehouse implementations and support activities

Collaborate closely with finance teams to gather business requirements and deliver monthly enhancements

Analyze financial statements and integrate their attributes into application logic

Ensure compliance with IT SDLC processes and documentation

Support cross-functional impact analysis and enhancements across related banking applications

Participate in performance tuning, OFSAA patching, and monitoring activities

Maintain and enhance the Profit Plus application and ensure accurate data flow for BI and reporting tools

Required Skills:

3-5 years of hands-on experience with OFSAA 8.0.6 and/or 8.1

Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting

Strong SQL, PL/SQL development skills

Experience with SQL Developer or TOAD

5+ years of Data Warehouse experience

5+ years in application development and implementation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Skills:

5+ years of experience in financial services or banking

Experience with the following OFSAA modules: FTP, PFT, ALM, Regulatory Reporting, FSBF

Exposure to DI Hedge tool within OFSAA

Experience with Erwin Data Modeling and merging models from different OFSAA instances

Familiarity with Zena Enterprise Job Scheduling

Strong understanding of financial and banking terminology

Experience with OFSAA performance tuning

Ability to multitask and work independently in a collaborative environment

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Strong communication and customer service orientation

Proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset

Education:

Bachelor's degree required in a technical or finance-related field
