This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT or finance who enjoys managing project logistics, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting budget tracking and reporting. You'll play a key role in helping the IT department stay on track and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project-related administrative tasks including invoice processing, purchase orders, accruals, and data updates. Support IT cost center managers with budget tracking, reporting, and financial analysis. Schedule and manage meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and document meeting minutes. Maintain project documentation and assist with tracking deliverables and timelines. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and task execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with budget management and financial reporting. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Punctual and dependable with a strong attention to detail.
