Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales & service manager to assist in managing and growing the Crystal Clean Vacuum Service Program. This position will encompass all elements of Vacuum Service product management including understanding sales, growth, costs and profitability.

The primary focus will be to lead the implementation and execution of a nationwide sales and service program for maintaining and servicing car wash customers around the country. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will implement and manage this service program, oversee sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a nationwide sales and service strategy for environmental cleaning and other services for the car wash industry.
  • Engage and interact with a network of Regional Managers, Branch Managers and Vacuum Sales and Service Reps to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
  • Define and enforce service and safety practices, protocols, maintenance schedules, and best practices to ensure optimal performance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and service contract renewals.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine and improve the program.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) that are identified by Product Manager and other leadership, update reporting documents in a timely manner, and provide reports to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Assist with management of the vacuum service planning, budgeting and P&L.
  • Monitor margins and profitability with a focus on improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards for waste management and water reclamation.
  • Provide technical training to sales and service teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize safety for all employees on every project, always.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, service and operations of vacuum truck equipment including understanding of basic functions of pumps and pressure washing equipment.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, service management, or operations within the car wash, environmental services, or water treatment industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in nationwide program implementation.
  • Experience with MS Teams, basic Excel user including basic data entry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of car wash equipment, wastewater treatment, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales and service strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to travel as needed to oversee program execution and support teams across the country.
