Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic discovery and solution design workshops with multiple business units (5+ BUs).
- Analyze marketing requirements, use cases, and existing infrastructure to design a scalable and sustainable Salesforce marketing solution.
- Evaluate and recommend between Pardot (B2B) and Marketing Cloud (B2C) capabilities.
- Document and present architectural design, data flows, and integration touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Provide subject matter expertise on marketing automation best practices and Salesforce ecosystem alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Automation with at least 3+ years specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot implementations.
- Proven success in leading design workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Hands-on experience delivering multiple implementations across both B2B (Pardot) and B2C (Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, customer journeys, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage business and technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Pardot Specialist) are highly desirable.
Location Requirement:
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.
- This role may require occasional on-site meetings/workshops.
