IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role: Were seeking an IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain critical enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, and core systems. Youll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and securely across multiple branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer servers, networks, virtualization, and storage systems

• Implement patches, upgrades, and performance improvements

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues

• Perform backups and support disaster recovery planning

• Support end users and collaborate with technical peers

• Maintain documentation and follow change management practices

• Participate in infrastructure projects and on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or 5+ years experience in systems administration

• 13 years managing Windows/Linux servers and virtualization/SAN environments

• Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel to local branches and provide off-hours support as needed

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (with or without accommodation)

• Relevant certifications (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)

Preferred:

• MCSA, Azure Administrator Associate, or similar certifications

• Experience with SQL maintenance and reporting
