Job Description

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Consistent innovation and the adoption of new technologies and techniques will be a standard expectation. You will be working on new and existing products. You will get opportunities for full-stack development as well as integrations into the cloud. Our customers rely on our software as mission-critical to their business. We explore and adopt better ways to deliver that value and expand our offerings to continue a long track record of meeting and exceeding expectations. As part of the team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with fellow developers and architects as well as business, deployment, and support counterparts. An ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our cloud migration and the development of our self-service, CI/CD-driven software, while also developing additional services to enhance our developer ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Development: Design, analysis, development, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation of programming to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects.
  • Agile Methodology: Work as part of a Scrum team to deliver technology solutions in an Agile fashion including but not limited to sprint planning, standup calls, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Adherence to standards: Follow architecture standards, risk management, and security policies.
  • Testing: Conduct unit, component, load, performance, and integration testing.

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2 years of working within a .NET environment.
  • Proficiency in C# and strong working knowledge of Object-oriented or functional programming and design patterns, advanced and scalable web applications, and APIs.
  • Excellent analysis, design, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating .NET web applications.
  • Experience creating SQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational database schemas.
  • Working experience with source control software, such as git.
  • Working experience in the consumption, exposure, and creation of RESTful services.

Desirable, but not required:

  • Working experience with build platforms such as GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure tools: Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell.
    Rudimentary/Practitioner knowledge of cloud, preferably with AWS.
  • Basic working knowledge of ReactJS.
