GENERAL PURPOSE
As a Digital Product Manager CET, you will assist in creating, developing, and executing MillerKnoll's technology strategy with a focus on CET, the primary tool used by contract dealers in North America for 3D space planning and specification. You will function as a subject matter expert interacting with both dealers and MillerKnoll development teams to improve the effectiveness of CET as a tool that enables accuracy, efficiency and encourages MillerKnoll brand loyalty.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Acts as the champion of the user's needs.
Collaborates with product and engineering teams on both internal and external bugs and feature improvements.
Defines product features and requirements and leads the implementation of new digital products and/or digital product updates.
Ensures that all necessary user acceptance, performance, and post production testing is conducted and documented according to MillerKnoll testing guidelines.
Fosters a culture of customer-centered design throughout the organization.
Identifies opportunities and trends from the digital marketplace, analyzing relevant vendors and keeping an eye toward our competitive landscape.
Manages vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Researches and maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and how they may optimize current business practices.
Utilizes analytics and customer research to measure product effectiveness and to direct future product development.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Act as a subject matter expert for CET and related specification technologies for both internal and external stakeholders.
Improve contract dealer operations by providing technology expertise, making improvement suggestions, outlining process improvements and assuring progress by monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
Guide the standardized user experience for MillerKnoll CET implementations by writing specification and guidance documentation, acting as a point of contact for development teams and assisting with the development of new features that drive dealer efficiency and preference toward the MillerKnoll brand.

Education/Experience
Education/Experience - Not Parsed
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in product or delivery management, preferably within digital.
Prior experience in a contract furniture dealer, architecture or design firm is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
Skills and Abilities
A passion for and understanding of digital products and marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of web analytics.
Experience in requirements analysis and definition.
A deep understanding of the contemporary digital ecosystem.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision making and creative concepts.
A history of delivering consistent results with a high attention to detail.
The ability to use the office automation, communication, software, and tools in the MillerKnoll office environment.
The ability to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.
Additional Skills and Abilities
Expert knowledge of dealer-centric technologies including CAD, specification, and business operating systems preferred.
