We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Atlassian Solution Architect to support the infrastructure expertise of our Atlassian tools and facilitate the migration of systems and workflows to a SaaS-based platform. This individual will play a critical role in analyzing current workflows, providing insights on what should remain or be restructured, and determining the best Atlassian suite migration approach for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both on-prem and cloud-based solutions, as well as expertise in SaaS migration strategies, particularly related to Atlassian products and other relevant platforms like CRM.

Position Requirements:

Proven experience as an Atlassian Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role, with hands-on experience in migrating Atlassian tools and systems to SaaS platforms.
In-depth knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) and associated tools.
Strong experience in cloud-based architectures (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), with a specific focus on migration strategies from on-prem to cloud environments.
Solid understanding of BPMN, Archimate, and other architecture frameworks to produce architecture documentation and solutions.
Experience in presenting technical and strategic plans to senior leadership and other business stakeholders.
Certifications in Atlassian products and related tools (e.g., Jira Software Administrator, Jira Software Cloud) are highly desirable.
Strong background in CRM platforms, especially those in the SaaS domain, is a plus.
