This role focuses on translating business requirements into technical specifications, driving development efforts, and actively coding alongside the team. - Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements, collaborating with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact.
- Work with the Offer Technical Lead to support project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, balancing leadership and coding duties.
- Support the squad in work decomposition, sequencing, and effort sizing, while participating in implementation as a hands-on developer.
- Ensure risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated, drawing from both technical and strategic insights.
- Lead the team in creating design specifications (Definition of Done), contributing technical expertise directly to the process.
- Leverage customer knowledge of power management systems to ensure consistent feature development across market segments (e.g., Data Center, Industrial, Healthcare).
- Apply an Agile framework and mindset to both offer creation and hands-on development tasks.
- Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, informed by direct coding experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of working knowledge within the energy and power management domain is a plus
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript/typescript etc., based on .NET]) and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, ADO, Angular/React).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of software systems, databases, and development practices, with the ability to bridge business and technical domains.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, applied to both problem-solving in code and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, balancing hands-on coding with leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team building, influencing without authority, and vision setting, while remaining a collaborative team contributor.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, with experience working in a squad-based environment.
