Technical Support Analyst (Solventum)

The Impact Youll Make in this Role

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, provide support to customers and employees. Troubleshooting may include the ordering of parts, documenting calls, etc.
  • Work on individual and team projects
  • Provide input on processes improvement and implement change as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address technical concerns identified by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with product training as needed
  • Participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, corporate policies, procedures and act in a manner consistent with Solventums values and ethical standards.
  • Ability to travel to Oakdale, MN Health Care Service Center as needed.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher from an accredited university or 2 plus years of relevant experience
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum of (1) year of Technical Support experience
  • Technical support skills including remote troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Experience with SAP, SalesForce, MS Office suite, etc
  • Health care industry experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Work location:

  • Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized
