Job Description


PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide complex systems support and administration for the Agency's core enterprise cloud application – Yardi Voyager. Secondarily, will provide application level support to the Agency's core financial application – Finance Enterprise on an as needed basis. Will provide other application support as needed and assigned.

Placement at the IT Applications Support Analyst level requires demonstrated experience and competency in performing a majority of the duties listed here.

User Support/Application Support

• Respond to user requests for assistance, including report generation, data extracts, troubleshooting, problem analysis, requirement gathering and training

• Analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies

• Assist departments with their information processing needs

• Assist with help desk issues

Provide coordination between outside vendors and Agency staff

• Track problem reports and follow through to resolution

• Provide user procedures and documentation

• Maintain and support appropriate departmental applications such as housing management software (e.g. Yardi products) and finance software (e.g. Finance Enterprise products). Resolution of technical issues through debugging, research and investigation, managing incidents and requests.

• Customize Yardi Voyager fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflow rules, reports, and dashboards

• Act as the primary point of contact for Yardi users

• Assist in training new users, and grow the Yardi skill set across the organization

• Assists with Disaster Recovery/Business Recovery Planning & Testing

• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures Education & Experience:


• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required

• 5 years' Enterprise Application Level Support

• Public Housing industry experience is a plus

• Ability to learn and master employer-specific software

• Complex problem solving

• Written and verbal communication skills to excel in documentation and training responsibilities

• Ability to diagnose & address application issues
