The facility is located in a small college town close to the city of Little Rock. It’s in a low cost of living, high quality of life area; great schools, close to the Ozark Mountains with tons of outdoors sports, low taxes, low crime, low traffic congestion and lots and lots of friendly people.

In order to work for this terrific organization, here’s the experience we’re looking for:

• + 7 yrs experience with polymer films for flexible packaging, concept thru commercialization, metalizing, converting.
• Experience with stage gate process, converting packaging equipment procurement and installation, EVOH films, PET, OPP preferred.
• MUST have demonstrated collaboration and interpersonal skills who thrives in a team work environment.
• BS Polymers Science or Chemical Engineering or Packaging Engineering or similar degree required.

Base salary in the low $100’s. Relocation assistance is available. Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa. Remote work from outside of the geographic area is not an option (however might be considered for a highly qualified candidate already living in the state of Arkansas).
