Key Responsibilities:
Build up Network Testing Center for testing and training purposes.
Provide technical training/presentation to colleagues and customers.
Network planning, installation and configuration through CLI/GUI.
Writing Support Notes and Case Studies.
Accompany with Sales and help answer technical details to the customers.
Answering customer questions and issues.
Communication skills — become a bridge between customers and sales, PM, and product development team.
Skill Requirements:
Bachelor/Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Networking.
At least 5–7 years working experience as Field Application Engineer or Technical Support in: Internet Service Providers, System Integrator in networking or factory automation.
CCNA Certified.
Experienced in CISCO/Juniper/Hirschmann Ethernet Switches/Routers.
