Network Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build up Network Testing Center for testing and training purposes.

  • Provide technical training/presentation to colleagues and customers.

  • Network planning, installation and configuration through CLI/GUI.

  • Writing Support Notes and Case Studies.

  • Accompany with Sales and help answer technical details to the customers.

  • Answering customer questions and issues.

  • Communication skills — become a bridge between customers and sales, PM, and product development team.

Skill Requirements:

  1. Bachelor/Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Networking.

  2. At least 5–7 years working experience as Field Application Engineer or Technical Support in: Internet Service Providers, System Integrator in networking or factory automation.

  3. CCNA Certified.

  4. Experienced in CISCO/Juniper/Hirschmann Ethernet Switches/Routers.
